Jr.Web Designer/ Graphic Artist:

Looking for the right person to help us make improvements to our websites, and assist with graphics and production. This could be a great start to a career as a graphic artist, web designer and more. You will add to your existing portfolio with real commercial work while helping us with improve our websites, printed information, and actual products sent to customers. While you will learn much from our pioneering internet company, you must posses excellent basic to intermediate computer and business skills. You will be trained to use our vinyl graphics plotter, commercial embroidery machine, sublimation and heat press to turn customer ideas into actual products.
The following skills are required:
- Work experience
- 1+ years experience in web design (Dreamweaver preferred)
(Your design experience can be combined with school training)
- 1+ years experience with PhotoShop skills and above.
- Strong understanding of CSS / HTML
- Portfolio of previous projects (school projects are allowed for review)
- Microsoft Office skills including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point (Access a Plus)
- An understanding and use of social media; including Twitter, YouTube and others
- Comfortable with a wide variety of changing projects and tasks
Ideal candidates would also have:

Someone that not only recognizes and makes needed fixes to our family of websites, but also is on top of industry developments so our company can make the most cost effective improvements to increase revenue. Unlike larger company's IT, graphics and marketing departments, most work is done in-house by just a couple of people - not scattered or sent to third party vendors for vague results and unclear accountability. Your completion of tasks and projects is key to small business success. You will also help the company analyze ROI by tracking website progress and improvements. If you like a challenging industry and really want to put your stamp on successful portfolio - show us what you have got.
The following skills are required:
- 3+ years experience in web design (We use Adobe Suite)
- 3+ years experience with Photoshop skills intermediate and above

Social Media Specialist
Our company looking for a social media specialist to fill the
position of our first Social Media Guru.
This position will manage the
day-to-day tasks of the CMS, Inc social media requirements. A self-starter with leadership skills, strategic planning, and a mastery of social media are
a must. You will work with the owners to help create the social networking strategy and focus of the company to improve traffic, and promote the company and websites as an information leader.
Applicant should be a self-motivated individual fluent
in strategy, technical execution and analytics for all aspects of social
media: email marketing and messaging, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Digg, MySpace,
blogs, forums, etc. Other duties for this role include: CRM, usage tracking and reporting,
account and contract management, community management, content
development, and any other needs as they arise!
