We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within thirty (30) days of the shipment date. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return within those thirty (30) days. We will provide both replacement items and return shipping labels, etc.
Certain items, however, may NOT be returned and will not be refunded. These include:
• Sterile Items including Wipes, OTC Medications, Topicals or sterile bandages, gloves or sterile kit packs
• First aid kits
• Trims, tapes, fabrics or items cut to your specifications. Only full rolls are eligible for returns.
• Any customized or personalized items (including ICS Vests, customized shirts, banners, armbands, customized first aid kits, customized bags and like items).
• Special order items, close-outs or discontinued items.
Providing your return does not include the above items and all items are still in their original packaging and new condition, please contact us for return shipping information. Please repackage and seal your box for return, include a copy of your original receipt and take to the Post Office or UPS for shipping. For USPS, you may need to pay for tracking and insurance as well as the return postage. We are not responsible for items that are not delivered to us.
Once we have processed your return, you will be refunded the purchase price for products only. This credit does not include shipping. We do not pay for outbound or inbound shipping unless it was our error. Your credit will be issued to either your original credit card on your order or PayPal - whichever method you used to purchase your item.
