Currently, the Factory can produce about 100 cots per day, and includes the side rails
Optional IV Pole attaches to either left or right guardrails with bolt and wingnut. Optional ask for quote.

Once it is produced.
A full trailer holds up to 648 of these cots on pallets.

All orders are prepaid and orders over $10,000 must be paid by electronic funds transfer for the official order to begin. No order ships with full payment of product and shipping.
For smaller quantities, cots can be shipped on a pallet(s) or by UPS Ground (Each Cot is an oversized box)
Cots are non-returnable, even if unused. The factory will handle the material warranty.

Buying today because a disaster has just struck?
Please understand the following:
If you are new to purchasing disaster supplies and need hundreds of cots, pillows, blankets, and other disaster supplies shipped immediately due to an immediate disaster -
this is not possible!
Manufacturers and all real suppliers like us, don't have thousands or hundreds or even dozens of specialty emergency cots and other items sitting in our warehouses for years waiting for the next disaster to hit. Haggling will not fix this problem - this is a standard situation since the 1970s. We will always make a quick check, but 99% of the time equipment can't made to overcome the shortage.
Then Who has it?
In large disasters, national contracts kick in automatically with the Federal, State, and Tribal governments to secure whatever (if any) available equipment with all the cot manufacturers they have already not purchased. You cannot go to Amazon.com and order hundreds of cots etc. because they usually drop ship these items from the manufacturer. (Also the Federal government does not later reimburse for products that don't meet strict FEMA standards)
This is why your agency or community must budget and buy these products months or even years before your next disaster. Your agency Disaster Planners know this. Purchasing these items is part of
Disaster Preparedness and unfortunately cannot be bought "just in time"
to open disaster relief shelters, feeding stations, or emergency first aid stations.
Planning: Every County in the USA must have a minimum of 1,000 cots on hand and ready to deliver (say in a trailer or warehouse) to open 2 school-size shelters.
Post-Pandemic Production and Other Questions:

No, unfortunately, you cannot Jump the Line - orders are taken in turn and shipped as soon as possible.
Yes, all orders are prepaid. We can add to p.o. and other accounting numbers for your records but we do not offer terms waiting for FEMA reimbursement.
Optional IV Pole attaches to either left or right guardrails with bolt and wingnut. Optional - please ask for a quote.
