Great for all the first aid gauze, medical tapes, light clothing and wrist bands that need to be cut each day but too close to the skin to use regular scissors.
If you are a nursing student, EMT or medical student, Lister scissors are designed with a smooth foot that can slip along the skin-side of the body when cutting bandages to prevent the skin when being cut. You might want to get more than one pair as instructors get cranky when you don't have one for practice or a floor rotation.
